This product is a water proof liquid eyeliner with a fine tip by Kat Von D. It comes in the colors Trooper (satin black), which is the colour I have, and Mad Max Brown (rich chocolate brown).
Review:
This isn't a product I would normally buy myself, because I usually try to spend less than its price ($25 at Sephora) on eyeliner, and I received it as a birthday gift from my friend Christabelle for my birthday in May. However, as soon as I tried the product, I really really liked it and it is now my go to daily eyeliner. It's very well pigmented and isn't greying at all, like a find with a lot of eyeliners of this type. The only thing I would say is that it can understandably be a bit difficult to use after eyeshadow, because the shadow can sometimes coat or dry out the tip. Because of the flexibility of the tip it can be difficult to control sometimes, but I quickly got used to it.
I tested out the waterproof claim by running water on my face for a few seconds after applying, and it was mostly still there but a tiny bit smudged.
Worth the Money?
As I mentioned before, this product costs 25 dollars at Sephora. For the pigment quality and staying power (lasts all day for me, about 8am to 11 pm, though it starts fading a little bit by about 9pm) I would say it is definitely worth it, and I will probably repurchase it myself when it runs out.
How I Use It:
I use this product for pretty basic eyeliner styles, just because I usually mess up anything too complicated with this because of it's super flexible tip.
